How to set up a eBay Account.

I signed up for eBay ages ago, but have just recently started using it regulary. For the last 6 months now I've been buying and selling and have gained 32 points and a 100% Positive feedback score. Now, as i recall, i remember having a hard time trying to make my eBay account. I wished someone had made one of these when I was signing up, so I've decided to help you, by making this step-by-step guide to How To Set Up a eBay Acoount.

 First thing to do is go to www.ebay.com or www.ebay.co.uk, then go to the top left of the screen and you should find sign in or register. Click Register.

Next you will get this window come up (right) It will be quite long. But in this part I will tell you what will be in it, and what you will need to fill in, in order for your ebay account to be accepted. The first thing you will get asked to put in is your first name and surname. Then you'll get asked to put in your street address in, followed by your Town/City, then either your State/ Province or your County depending on whether you live in the US or the UK. Next you will have to select which County/region you live in. Then you will need to put in your Primary Telephone Number (mobile allowed.)

Next you will have to create your ebay user ID and then create a password for your account. You have to pick a secret question (yay) and create a secret answer (yay.) After that you will need to put in your Date of Birth.

After that you will just have to Agree the terms and conditions which are:

• That you accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy (a link is provided)
• You may receive communications from eBay and can change your notification preferences in My eBay
• An that you're at least 18 years old.

Once you've done that, it then Congratulations! You're officially a eBayer! Well Done. And you can't hide that you've just ticked off a box in your 'To Do list' in life!
